This tune, along with Twee Dub, were actually made on a laptop while my main computer was broken. It's a really cool, albeit slighly melancholic, Commodore 64 chiptune made using John Player, a C64 native tracker.
The idea of releasing the song as a BMS came from Hyparpax, who thought it'd make a good Be-Music West II event entry. After my computer got fixed, I did indeed turn it into a BMS and submitted it.
